Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission file is on Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format.
- The text was written following the norms, style standards and bibliographic requirements described in the Guidelines for Authors, which are on the About the Journal page.
- All authors are aware that in case of approval for publication it is necessary to contribute to editorial production, according to guidelines presented on the CEDES page, available at https://www.cedes.unicamp.br/publicacoes
- Metadata for the article, including information for all authors, with a mini-curriculum, are filled.
- The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal.
Articles
Productions supported by research with the presentation of theoretical-methodological framework, based on social theories articulated with education and society. Essays based on social theories articulated with education and society.
Reviews & Synthesis
State of the art or state of knowledge. Studies of thematic and theoretical problems related to the field of social theories, methodologically referenced in surveys and data analysis that meet the criteria of these research approaches.
Professional Upbringing of Education
Productions whose scope is to reflect on the initial and continuing training processes of professionals linked to the educational field.
Pedagogical Practice Analysis
Articles based on social theories, related to studies of pedagogical practices and their educational and social effects.
Discussions & Polemics
Articles resulting from research or essays that discuss current and controversial themes regarding the relation between education and society.
Images & Words
Section designed for the publication of papers on topics related to media and education, as well as essays, comments and critical reviews of books, interviews, movies and other cultural products important to the educational field.
