Abstract

Abstract: This article presents a research about the performance representations driven by a private IES, located in the riverside region of the Amazon region. The objective was to understand the performance dimension - dramatization of the behavior and production of scenarios - in the situations of evaluation and attribution of note through the SINAES. As an analytical key was adopted the theory of representations of E. Goffman, and to understand the fabrication of scenarios in management, that of Stephen Ball. The methodological option was qualitative and interpretative social research. It was possible to affirm that there is commitment, mobilization, intentions in the construction of an "artificial dynamics" - characteristics of the evaluation time.
